Candidate Privacy Notice

This notice explains, in plain language, how LinkPeople handles the information of candidates and members of the Talent Network. Last updated: 4 August 2026.

Who operates LinkPeople

LinkPeople is a boutique recruitment and HR advisory brand. It is operated by a Ukrainian individual entrepreneur operating under the LinkPeople brand. You can contact us about your personal data at any time at privacy@linkpeople.agency.

The Talent Network is voluntary

Joining the Talent Network is entirely voluntary and is not an application for a specific vacancy. It allows us to consider your profile for relevant current and future opportunities. Submitting a profile does not guarantee contact, an interview or employment.

What we collect

When you submit a profile we collect the details you provide: your name, email, LinkedIn profile, current and preferred work location, area of expertise, seniority, preferred work format, a short professional summary, and a CV if you choose to upload one. We also record the consents you give and the date and time of submission.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review your profile and to consider you for relevant current and future opportunities across our areas of expertise, and to contact you when a potentially relevant opportunity exists.

How your CV and profile are used

Your profile and CV are reviewed internally by LinkPeople. In this version of the website, a CV is attached to an internal notification email and is not published to a public URL or stored in a public website database. We do not sell your information.

Sharing with a potential employer

We may share your information with a potential employer only in connection with a relevant opportunity, and with appropriate communication or permission. We will not share your CV with a potential employer without appropriate communication with you.

How long we keep it

We retain Talent Network profiles for up to 12 months from your submission or last meaningful contact, after which they are removed or refreshed. You can ask us to delete your profile sooner at any time.

Withdrawing consent, and your rights

You can withdraw your consent, or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, by emailing privacy@linkpeople.agency. Depending on where you are located, additional local data-protection rights may apply.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate the website and our communications: form submissions are processed by serverless functions on our hosting provider (Vercel), transactional emails (your confirmation and our internal notification) are sent through our email service provider (Resend), and our internal inboxes are hosted on Google Workspace. These providers process information only to provide their services to us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
