Privacy notice
This notice explains, in plain language, how LinkPeople handles information you submit through this website. If you are a candidate or Talent Network member, please also read our Candidate Privacy Notice. Last updated: 6 August 2026.
Who operates LinkPeople
LinkPeople is a recruitment and HR advisory brand operated by a Ukrainian individual entrepreneur. For any question about your personal data, contact privacy@linkpeople.agency.
Information we collect
When you use the employer enquiry form or the Talent Network form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, contact details, company or professional information, your message or summary, the consents you give, and (for the Talent Network) a CV if you choose to upload one. Our servers may also process basic technical information that browsers routinely send with a request, such as an IP address, in order to receive and secure your submission.
How we use it
Employer enquiry information is used to respond to companies and assess whether and how we may be able to help. Talent Network information and CVs are used to consider candidates for relevant current and future opportunities. We use the information only for these purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not embed third-party tracking scripts. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is shown.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by serverless functions on our hosting provider (Vercel). Transactional emails (your confirmation and our internal notification) are sent through our email service provider (Resend). Our internal inboxes are hosted on Google Workspace. These providers process information only to provide their services to us. In this version of the website, a CV is attached to an internal notification email and is not published to a public URL or stored in a public website database.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may share it with the service providers above only where required to operate the website and our communications. Candidate information may later be shared with a potential employer only in connection with a relevant opportunity and with appropriate communication or permission.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was provided. Employer enquiries are kept while we handle and follow up on the enquiry. Talent Network profiles are retained for up to 12 months, as described in the Candidate Privacy Notice.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@linkpeople.agency.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
